ABOUT NANTUM OS
Nantum OS is the brain of a building.
Nantum uses artificial intelligence to automate buildings systems with real-time occupancy data, utilizing the least amount of energy to provide the maximum amount of indoor comfort. Integrating meter data allows Nantum to calculate energy, cost, and carbon emissions reduction.
On top of energy reduction, Nantum analyzes every data set within your data, predicting and detecting BMS anomalies, potential leaks, power quality issues, and unhealthy indoor air quality.
Nantum OS provides real estate owners and operators
with a secure cloud-based data warehouse for operational technologies.
THE CHALLENGE
The Nantum system generates data every second and all of this gets processed through AI. Our challenge was to make simple sense of all of this and create a management software which makes it an elegant task to manage multiple buildings, while giving residents individual care. Even further, go above and beyond by creating an atmosphere for all residents and their spaces: recreation, conferencing, parties etc.
Scenes.
The key to happy buildings.
The key to making Nantum successful was putting the focus on delight, not data. So, we created a framework of presets and user configurable settings for spaces, which created the perfect mood and atmosphere. For example, if the 6th floor office was hosting a conference for 100 people, the air conditioning, lighting, and all amenetieis would be automatically configured to create a comfortable and well lit atmosphere. In addition, parking spaces and auxiliary rooms can also be reserved for breakout meetings.
Nantum is Live
Nantum has been deployed across several buildings and complexes and has been making the lives of residents, office employees, renters and real estate managers infinitely easier. It continues to learn in real time and save costs and make life easier, while new features are being added for even better quality of life. This has been an important step in keeping building management viable in the pandemic.
