But the complexity of data is ever increasing and it can be difficult for a user to make quick real time decisions. The insight framework simplifies the process of deep data analysis by using machine learning to surface a variety of informative and actionable prompts and controls to help better and faster decision making.

Solutions

Infinate created the Insights framework in order tackle the complex challenges in an elegant manner. The insights themselves are constructed at various levels:

• Root cause analysis
• Medium term learning and strategies
• Emergency tip

Armed with this framework, the insights were deployed across the analytics platform as a pilot. Following this, it was successfully deployed on other platforms. The insights were successfully demonstrated to work over a period of months, reducing the unnecessary alerts while surfacing crucial ones. Optimizations were fine tuned to suit the infrastructure.
